"I simply stated that with the evidence provided, and Dustin, the customer's word, that should be enough to validate the situation, along with Kyle's view on this. :Just like you stated in your post below, "Billing errors happen", so why cant he just admit that and be done with it. :Last I heard in business practice the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. Russell @ Z1 has admitted mistakes, Greg @ SZ has admitted fault, why can't Kyle @ IPP?A couple of things: First the sale was done at SGP and NOT at IPP I could have just said nothing since SGP obviously helped Dustin out by installing test pipes on his car I am just very passionate about what I do and my reputation and I personally don't believe I would have blatantly charged someone 5x the going rate for a job. I honestly feel very confident that something else was done at the same time as the cats that was added to the total labor bill. It is unfortunate that the Labor was not itemized in this case. I have Emailed Dustin to get to the bottom of this and I am sure we can come to an agreement so I am working to make things right.
